Refund policy

1. Right of Withdrawal
   In accordance with French law, you have 14 days from the receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal without providing any justification. To do so, please notify us in writing at info@nest49.net, specifying your name, order number, and a clear description of the item concerned.
   
   2. Return Conditions
   The product must be returned in its original condition, undamaged, with all accessories, documents, and original packaging. Return shipping costs are your responsibility, except in cases of defective products or shipping errors.
   
   3. Inspection and Refund
   Once the returned product has been received and inspected, we will issue a refund within 14 days, including the initial shipping costs if applicable. The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase, unless otherwise agreed.
   
   4. Exceptions
   The right of withdrawal does not apply to customized or altered products, or items significantly devalued due to mishandling.
