Set of three blown-glass vases from the Gulvvase series, designed by Otto Brauer for Holmegaard in Denmark during the 1960s.
All three pieces feature the characteristic silhouette of the model: a cylindrical body with rounded shoulders, extending into a long straight neck finished with a broad flared rim.
The set consists of two amethyst-purple vases and one blue vase.
The three vases come from the same group of Holmegaard pieces, several of which still retained their original labels, allowing this series to be confidently identified as an Otto Brauer design for Holmegaard.
The slightly transparent glass reveals different tonal variations depending on the light, ranging from smoky violet to mauve on the two amethyst examples, and from pale to deeper blue on the third vase.
