Set of 15 candlesticks of different heights, in gilded brass with a circular base in thick glass, designed by Gunnar Ander for the Swedish manufacturer Ystad Metall.
Some candle holders retain their original manufacturer's label.

Note a 3-arm model which is quite rare in the lot.

Gunnar Ander (1908-1976) was a prolific Swedish designer who worked closely with Ystad Metall. His work, combining metal and glass, is now represented in several museums in Sweden. This collection embodies the understated and refined Scandinavian style of the 1960s.
