Decorative set of six Scandinavian "tulip" vases, designed by Arthur Percy for the Swedish glassworks Gullaskruf in the 1950s.
The vases are made of blown glass, tinted throughout, in a beautiful harmony of colors: three in deep ruby red and three in blue.
Slender shape, typical of Scandinavian design of the time, with a narrow neck and rounded base.
Each piece has an original "Gullaskruf Sweden" label.

About Arthur Percy and Gullaskruf:
Arthur Percy (1886–1976) was a Swedish artist and designer credited with modernizing the aesthetic of Scandinavian glass in the 20th century. Initially a painter and illustrator, he turned to industrial design in the 1920s. His collaboration with the Gullaskruf glassworks, founded in 1893 in southern Sweden, began in the 1940s. There, he developed a clean, organic design language characterized by sleek lines and vibrant colors. The deep-hued, mouth-blown tulip vases perfectly exemplify the functional elegance of postwar Swedish design. These pieces are now sought after for their craftsmanship and timelessness.
