Palmqvist brought a new style and aesthetic to the Orrefors company with his organic and modern designs, which quickly found great success with the public. He notably created the "Fuga" series, which is characterized by slender shapes and spiral patterns, as well as the "Ariel" series, which features wavy shapes and vibrant colors.
